Our return policy lasts fourteen (14) calendar days. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item’s product seal must be unopened and in the original condition. We make an exception in the event the item has any factory defect or damage.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Product photos (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
– Items marked as ‘non-refundable/exchangeable’ during a special sale or an event period are strictly non-returnable.
– Any item not in its original condition and sealed packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defect.
– Any item that has been used.
– Any item returned more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
– Any item not purchased directly through our website (www.dashingdiva.com.au).
– We do our best to capture and publish the Products’ photos as true to colour as possible. However, actual colours may vary from website’s Product photos, and may also vary with PC/ mobile/ tablet’s screen due to monitor colour settings or restrictions. Under such circumstance, Products are not eligible for returns.
- Damages // Defects Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. Dashing Diva will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier. Claims must be reported immediately by emailing us at info@dashingdiva.com.au or via contact form on the website. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 7 business days of delivery will not be processed.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please drop us an email at info@dashingdiva.com.au with the following details, and we will advise the returning process:
1) Contact details (email and mobile number)
2) Order ID
3) Reason for return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to factory defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a package valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
